In some cases, if the product is ready earlier, the delivery may also happen before 7 days.
8. No Return and No Cancellation Policy
Since our furniture products are manufactured specifically based on customer orders, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

9. Service Warranty
Furo Furniture provides 1years of service support for our products.
If any manufacturing-related damage or issue occurs within this period, our service team will assist in repairing the product.
This service includes:

The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse
Damage caused by improper handling
Normal wear and tear
However, Furo Furniture can still provide repair services for such issues, but repair costs and service charges will be paid by the customer.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver products within 7 to 12 days after order confirmation. Depending on the product and manufacturing requirements, delivery time may extend up to 15 days. In some cases, delivery may also occur earlier than 7 days.
Delivery Charges
Within 10 KM: Free Delivery
Beyond 10 KM: Delivery charges will be paid by the customer
Delivery arrangements will be coordinated with the customer once the product is ready for dispatch.
